RETURN POLICY 

We will accept the return of defective merchandise for a store credit within 5 days of delivery. All merchandise returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and requires prior authorization by ELLE  ELLE.  All packaging must also be included in your return.

  

In order to obtain a return authorization, please email returns@elleelle.ca.  Once you receive a return authorization, shipping instructions will be provided. Items will not be accepted without a return authorization. 

Please note: ALL shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We reserve the right to refuse products for return that have been worn, used or altered.



SHIPPING

Items will be shipped to the address indicated at checkout.  Inaccurate or missing information causing a non-delivery will be solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
ELLE  ELLE shall not be held liable for lost or damaged packages on uninsured shipping options.

PERSONALIZED ITEMS 

Personalized items are shipped within 15 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase.  If there are any delays the client will be notified by email.
They are not eligible for any refund, returns, repairs, exchange or credit.  



EXCLUSIONS

Personalized jewellery, jewellery for charity, and already discounted merchandise may be excluded from promotions.  (We reserve the right to add to this list of exclusions).
PLEASE NOTE: any additional coupons or discount codes may not be applicable to these products.

All information provided is confidential.  We will not distribute any personal data to anyone and/or third parties. We do not store any credit card information on file. All order information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

These terms are for (but not limited to) giveaways on the ELLE  ELLE website and/or social media platforms:

Giveaways and promotions are run through our website or social media channels. They will close for entry at the EST time and on the date specified on the giveaway posting. We assume no responsibility for entries that were not received on our end.

Rules pertaining to the specific contest will appear in the posting of such giveaway. 

Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored/endorsed or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.

Any information provided upon entering a contest will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.

We may publicly announce winners and prize awards. The winner, therefore, agrees to the use of their name (and possibly, their city) in any contest publicity after the draw. Prizes are as specified in the contest listing.

No cash alternative of the offered prize will be given. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
